The Office is presented as a mockumentary. The primary vehicle for the show is that a camera crew has decided to film Dunder Mifflin and its employees, seemingly around the clock. The presence of the camera is acknowledged by the characters, especially Michael Scott, who enthusiastically participates in the filming. Others, for example Jan Levinson, are frequently annoyed or uncomfortable at its presence. The main action of the office is supplemented with talking-head interviews or "confessionals", with the characters speaking one on one with the camera crew about the day's events........

| I am addicted to this show, very rarely something on TV would made me laugh that much. The show main character is the manager "Michael" which is a loser, racist, rude person with a serious personality disorder. of-course because he is the manager no one could tell him anything. He thinks the employees likes him and consider him as their friend. The funny part is when the employee wants to focus and do their job but their manager distracts them, I remember an episode where Michael starts popping popcorn and telling us the audience how Monday morning could be depressing and thats why he created the movie day where all the employees gather and watch a movie and eat popcorn during office hours!!

| My husband and I love watching The Office. The humor is amazing and it gets more funny the more we've watched it. In particular, I think season one is my favorite because of all the character development and fresh ideas. All I can say is that I'm sooooo glad that Michael Scott is not my boss!
